Synopsis
Architect László Toth flees post-war Europe for America to rebuild his life, work, and marriage to his wife Erzsébet after being forced to leave due to changing borders and governments during the war. László settles on his own in the strange new land of Pennsylvania, where wealthy and renowned industrialist Harrison Lee Van Buren recognizes his architectural skills.
