The site, known as Beaver Bank Villa, has a long history of housing units, a community hall, fire station, school, church, convenience store, etc. (all demolished in 2004) operating in the 1950s and 1960s to assist personnel. Only streets and pedestrian paths remain, on which the fake town is built.
