Sister Redd: I get chills down my spine just thinking about it
Synopsis
A detective and a nun investigate a series of heinous, seemingly personal crimes while dealing with personal issues and uncovering a sinister web that raises more questions than answers. Ed Laclan’s Mustang is the same color and license plate as the car in The Italian Job 2WQI332.
I didn’t think I’d like it but I love it SO much!!!
I can’t wait for my family (well, just my husband because it might be a bit much for the kids) to watch it with me. It’s SO devilishly and gruesomely good that I’m sad there aren’t more episodes.
Personally, I wouldn’t sneeze at any of those things
It’s been a while since we’ve seen something that hasn’t aired and wasn’t “to watch” but I think this is a show that we’ll look forward to every episode of. As for the lead actress, I see some competing criticisms here regarding her age, looks, and even weight (!!!).
Her acting is quite good
I especially like that she seems “real” and not like a copy or clone of every other detective in a crime series. I don’t like that you have to stretch your imagination a bit to understand why this case wasn’t forwarded to a larger group, organization, or department, but the nods to surrealism help push the narrative that there’s a good reason somewhere in the plot.
Also, whoever came up with the mentality of a sick villain deserves praise (and tons of help)
